The issue of confidentiality in counselling is extremely important and will be discussed thoroughly before the first session commences. Name and details of meetings are never divulged to other people.
Certain issues that arise may be discussed anonymously with my counselling supervisor.
Any notes made during the sessions will be securely stored and destroyed when appropriate.
